Small commercial scaffolding
We support selected small commercial jobs where tube and clip is the right tool: short programmes, awkward facades, and sites that do not suit large national hire packages. You get the same attention to safety and detail as our residential work — without layers of overhead.
Examples of work we take on
- Retail shopfronts and fit-outs needing short-duration façade access
- Light industrial maintenance, high-level lighting, or cladding repairs
- Small office or hospitality refurbishments with mixed trades on one scaffold
- Staging for signage, seasonal installs, or contractor access over footpaths (where consents allow)
We are not set up for major civil or high-rise programmes — for those you will want a larger access contractor. If you are unsure, send a short description and we will be honest about fit.
Programme and site constraints
Commercial jobs often have fixed handover dates and tight loading zones. Share your hours of operation, delivery rules, and any council or landlord requirements up front so we can plan install, adjustments, and dismantle around them.
Pricing approach
Quotes are built from scope, height, duration, and complexity — the same drivers as residential work. Where we can bundle stages or longer hire, we will say so. Transparency on what is included helps avoid surprises for you and your client.
